Custom manufacturing and machining
All manufacturing processes, materials procurement, subcontracting of work and inspection services are monitored throughout the entire production.Customers are also able to supply materials or semi-finished products.
We can machine complex medical components at ease with the help of our qualified and experienced engineers and state-of-the-art machines. We have a separate room dust free, well cleaned, dis-infected and sanitized regularly for inspection, cleaning, assembly and packing. All personnel involved wear PPE Suite to avoid any contamination and human contact to the parts. Finally the parts are hermetically packed and handed over for dispatch.
R N PATEL RNGINEERING is working with professional medical practitioners to develop complex medical implants and have successfully produced implants as per requirements of the customer.
